BRAD ARSENAULT
Brad Arsenault holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University and has completed and submitted the necessary documentation requirements towards the designation of Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
Brad has spent over 24 years serving in the Canadian Armed Forces in many roles and in several countries. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience working with diverse groups of people.
In addition to working with Dr. Vokey, Brad is also very active in the community through the sport of basketball. He runs a youth program at a local community center and volunteers as an assistant coach for a varsity boys high school team.
Brad’s approach to therapy is primarily person-centered and humanistic, combined with a variety of other modalities including cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused/strength-based approaches, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Brad believes in the uniqueness of every individual and how they experience the world and relationships. He is focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship, tailoring his approach to meet the needs of his clients.
He is focused on helping clients with clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, and grief. He is also seeking to help veterans and first responders with the difficulties associated with the essential work they do.
